After carefully reviewing their data using a variety of analytical tools, and assessing the general usability of the site, Forix was able to prioritize initial efforts. First, Forix improved the add-to-cart process which got more customers into the checkout funnel. Secondly, the team optimized the stages of checkout where shoppers were leaving.
